Oertz Biplane - 1910 The first machine from the Oertz Yacht Company, designed and built by the Oertz firm. Contrary to the Wright and Farman machines it had the elevator at the tail. Machine first flew in February 1910. Power was a four-cylinder Korting of 37 hp. See the picture, it did fly !
